They were here before the neighborhood was cool. Let them make an offer!

Heartbroken to hear this news - Sepia is a warm-hearted, genuine, happy and friendly place for all people. I have nothing but good memories here and truly hope I and so many others can continue to make them. God bless.

Bar Sepia and the surrounding businesses make up the fabric of our community and why we call this neighborhood home.

I deeply support keeping our neighborhood businesses in place. Ms. Reynolds says she is approved and ready to make her offer, and I join my neighbors in backing her effort.

This bar has seen the neighborhood through its transformation and is a staple of our community. Delissa is an extremely dedicated and generous business owner and has always opened up her doors for us. It is a travesty to think that this staple of our community might disappear and I beg that she be given an opportunity to buy the bar and the building.

Bar Sepia brings a diverse community of people together in a spirit of cheer, of celebration and friendship. The very foundations of our community is currently threatened with developmental upheaval that can change the character of this neighborhood forever. SAVE BAR SEPIA!

These businesses have contributed so much to our neighborhood and helped build a strong community. What a terrible loss to not support them back and allow their establishments continue to thrive. Please renew their leases and allow Delissa a real opportunity of buying the property. We have already dealt with the vacant storefront on St John's and Underhill for over 20 years. unimaginable to level the whole block for possibly a decade.

Bar Sepia earned its seat at the table more than an unknown developer. Let them buy the building!

It is simultaneously inspiring and heartbreaking to read the beautiful testimonies left here by the friends of Bar Sepia. For over 5 years I have live around the corner, and only in the past month or so discovered this vibrant, warm community. I'm not a bar goer, but will become one now, in earnest hope that this gem will remain here!
