My own kids and their team used Baltray Park for football practise when they were part of an under-6 football team. It would be an ideal spot for a children's playground, similar to the one at Howth Harbour. The surrounding path and flower beds are an ideal place for a stroll and a sit-down for the elderly. Instead of giving it away to make an oversized development even bigger, Fingal should be developing the park in imaginative ways, as I have suggested.

Baltray Park is a part of Howth's small community recreation areas and as such should be preserved for its residents not given over to developers.

Have used this park for 13 years with my kids and friends -especially the free tennis courts. Anyone not part of a private tennis club uses this facility

Baltray belongs to the people of Howth,it is a very well used park and always has been,greed and developement cant just decide to take this ameniety away.people power i hope will win in the end.I wouldnt like to see what happened to OUR community center happen here.
