The beautiful park of Baltray is not the council's to give away, it is a local amenity which belongs to the community. It should be a mute discussion. It needs to remain as is.

What a shame if Baltray is eradicated for developers greed. Our childhood in Howth was just magical & Baltray was part of it.

Save Baltray Park. We rely on our County Councillors to protect us from the excesses of Developers and to protect our public spaces.

Baltray Park is an invaluable resource to the people of Howth,of Dublin, of Ireland and to the many thousands who visit Howth each year. Well, well worth fighting for.

This park is a local amenity and public property, Fingal have no right to transfer development rights or title to this public space to any private developer

Hands off. This is a much used local amenity for the young and old - locals and visitors. Why eliminate such a positive and long established facility. It's been there for nearly 50 years! No discussion with locals took place and we understood that Fingall CC are the guardians of special amenity area!

This is just bad planning at its most selfish...we are just caretakers here and need to recognise this.

Played here as a child and adult. Has always been a beautiful public local amenity.

Am outraged that Fingal Co had tha audacity to sign of this public amenity to private developers. So much for transparency...this decision should be reversed immediately!

Another sordid example of privatisation. Keep it in the public property listings. These valuable amenities are priceless
