I entirely support this petition. The current infrastructure simply does not support the proposed development. Traffic, on weekends particularly, can regularly be backed up as far back as the Blackbanks in Raheny.

I am in support of maintaining some public facilities for the residents of Howth. We need more not less shared recreational space preserved.

Protect community facilities and social property! I am surprised at Fingal County Council conceding to this, but hopefully the groundswell of local opinion will now change that ...

It is outrageous for Fingal to be giving away public land for private development

How can this happen? Is it not a public space? And the other little park above the village going under houses too.

We need to protect a facility like Baltray Park from development,
traffic in Howth is bad enough without increasing it, slowing the present flow.

Please save the park, many a summers day was spent playing tennis there. Everyone should have the same options that I did growing up in Howth.

Green space benefits everyone in the community. The current site is an eyesore & a danger to the community & should be torn down

It is a disgrace that these free public courts are being taken away and sold for developers. Putting another pricetag on the few free local amenities left in the area.
