the side walk does no harm and it actually allowed the people in neighborhood to get to know each other in the summer

Alpha provides a great service to the community. Having the out door dining experiencce with the empire state building in the backdrop is an experience that should not be compromised. I am a resident of the area and would be very dissapointed if the city does not extend the permit.

We love our sidewalk seating. Taking it away when it doesn't pose a significant blockage or risk is silly

The only outdoor patio available in the neighborhood. Getting rid of it would devastate a local business and the local community.

SAVE THE PATIO. It's not disrupting anything, there is plenty of sidewalk space. Just let it go
