There are precious few historic houses left in Tyler. This is known as the oldest and is on a historic brick street. Please preserve history and do not allow it to be demolished.

Given the small site, it is difficult to see how a quadraplex could be built without parking or driveway access. We cannot let Tyler's oldest house be demolished.

What a shame to loose the few beautiful old houses and buildings when there's plenty of other places to build. This whole street has wonderful old houses on a red brick street.
