It has come to several Savannah residents\' attention that Huffines has taken it upon themselves to begin the development of building all brick homes in a "seperate" village in our community. This unsettling news has disrupted many homeowners and has led to several discussions relating to the new plans for our community. The homeowners of Savannah choose to live here for several reasons, but the one reason that was by far the greatest was the schematic community in which was promised by Huffines and its affiliates. In aid of maintaining the scheme and overall community likeness Huffines and its affiliates created a extremely strick HOA to ensure all rules and regulations were followed by all those who choose to call Savannah home. However, now in the midst of the new discussion of how Savannah will change, the homeowners are being forced to live by the law of the HOA and watch while Huffines changes everything that was initially designed and developed. Something must be done to stop the blatant corruption of our community in which we live.
