I think it should be allowed atleast a min I'm a professional truck driver and would love to be able to tint my sides my arms bake during summer time and the glare off the snow is blinding I don't enjoy sunglasses. As far as cops being able to see in I think is crap they are profiling you in your car if your driving by rules and regulations should never be pulled over. But I drive a cadillac and get looked at everyday simply because I look young I'm 28 like don't need to be harassed by young police in this city looking to make a name or meet a quota. Also dash cam will keep the cops at bay because they don't want any evidence against them. And the whole safety thing about no getting to u incase an accident if u can't push a film in quit ur job. Legalize it soon !! Full support!

Absolutely ridiculous. Since having my tint off the sun is blinding and I think is more of a hazard now. Guess I better sunscreen my face too. Disagree with this and I will not be paying my fine. See you in court , cop who thinks it important on a -35 day with an infant in car to chase me and go through lights by Turing his flashers on to sneak up on me , issue me a ticket and tell me to remove it.

Dear Honourable MLAs, Lite front passenger and driver window tinting should be permitted in this province. Please support and righting an unjust law and fine to the citizens of Saskatchewan. Ideally the law should be rewritten to allow reasonable tint (30-35%) which is allowed in the province of Manitoba with no adverse effects. Moderate tint has several benefits which include lowering the temperature of the vehicle in the summer, as well as reducing glare. Sincerely Trevor Klein

This makes sense. Hopefully SGI will consider the change.

A reasonable limit should be set. Many of us travel to southern US and get baked in the sun.

I recently got ticketed in Saskatoon on 8th Street for light tint on my front side windows. GRRR! I didn't know it was illegal!

I diss agree with this law, we should be allowed 35% or better side tint. I am light sensitive for migraines, and the 35% tint on my windows have bin a huge help for my migraines but not for my wallet cause of law inforcement that don't even understand why it is illegal.
