Allow Reasonable Front Side Window Tinting in Saskatchewan

I've been ticketed many times for tint and it's stupid ! I pay insurance and I buy my own trucks .... I should be able to do what I want within limits!!

Tint isnt a bad thing it actually helps if you run alot of highway with the heat from the sun melting your face

I think it should be lowable. I almost got into many accidents cause of the brightness from the sun even with my sunglasses on. No need to go rate blacked out but just a tinge of tint would be nice to have

35% window tint on front windows should be the legal limit if not darker. Night driving difference is unnoticeable at 35% and hardly noticeable at 20%

Tinting is legal in places all across Canada. the government doesn't need any more money from honest working people with an interest in safe vehicle modifications. With no good reasoning behind why window tinting is illegal, Sgi and the police community should disregard the need to give out tickets for something as simple as this.

I found its also nice having tint when you are driving on the highway at night and someone has their brights on behind you.

We should be allowed some tint on the front windows not blacked out of course but being a little dark would help against the blinding sun

I think that 20% tint should be aloud. It's reasonable and easy to see in and out. Any darker I would disagree with.

I had mine done in order to see better during sunny days and also to reduce damage to my interior dash.

This law is ridiculous! It is imply another way for police to hand out tickets to unfairly generate revenue.

can a study be show on how even clear film presents a real danger to a passenger of a vehicle. Give us a real honest answer. Then the government can go after the auto industry for tinting the back windows.

i would love for this law to at least be lightened a bit but if its lifted completely would be even better because it make my truck look better and you dont get blinded by the sun in the winter time and it keeps it cool in the summer

I think it should be allowed atleast a min I'm a professional truck driver and would love to be able to tint my sides my arms bake during summer time and the glare off the snow is blinding I don't enjoy sunglasses. As far as cops being able to see in I think is crap they are profiling you in your car if your driving by rules and regulations should never be pulled over. But I drive a cadillac and get looked at everyday simply because I look young I'm 28 like don't need to be harassed by young police in this city looking to make a name or meet a quota. Also dash cam will keep the cops at bay because they don't want any evidence against them. And the whole safety thing about no getting to u incase an accident if u can't push a film in quit ur job. Legalize it soon !! Full support!
