I would like to see front side window tinting allowed in Saskatchewan,if other provinces allow it & I don’t see it as a hazard concern

This needs to change we need to be able to protect our selves from glare while turning into busy roads.

I brought my vehicle from Toronto to Saskatoon. Before registering with SGI, I was asked to do a car inspection. I didn’t know the front window tint was illegal until the auto technician told me. And I had to pay extra to remove those tint. I have spent my first summer in Saskatoon; OMG the sunshine was very STRONG. My left arm and face felt burned wothout the protection from window tint. Please change the law!

I believe Saskatchewan is the most sunshine province. However, other provinces with less have their windows tinted. I live in Regina and when there is sun, then it's really harsh. Law need to be changed. It's old and has even stopped crawling behind technologies. I strongly support that we need the law to be amended or be gone for good. It really doesn't make sense and defies logic. It's more like a source of revenue or in other words scamming the public. Thanks.

Reasonable tint should be very much allowed. It is a big deal for privacy reasons as well as I don't need someone looking into my car seeing what's in it.

As an owner of a window tint shop here in Saskatchewan, I would very much entertain a reworking of this law. A maximum tint of 40% for front door windows is something that should be seriously looked at.

Window tint helps with sun glare is is more comfortable to drive with.

A light tint should be allowed. I All ways hear cops saying that you can’t do it because of the safety if they needed to bust the window to save some one .. that’s a lot of BS because you’ can do your back windows .. windows on my vehicle have a laminated film on the inside between the glass to protect them from shattering so it makes their logic nonsense

Window tint should be legal and be up to the driver how dark they want the tint.

I mean as long as it's a reasonable amount to help combat glare,

If we tend to follow ON laws then should be allowed in SK.
