I believe we should be allowed windshield brow and up to 35% on side windows.

The tint law in Saskatchewan is a cash cow, I was told it’s illegal because it’s a safety risk, the law shouldn’t be concerned about my safety in the first place, second, the vehicle I own has laminated side windows in which if rolled over would come out in a solid piece anyway like tint would. The tint law is ridiculous in Saskatchewan.

Just got pulled over for a 50% front tint that helps me immensely with my sensitivity to light, driving without sunglasses was nice but now it will be back to sunglasses for me unless this petition is successful.

An antiquated law with silly justifications. Allow for darker tints to 70% (30% lt)..

It is my understanding that Alberta does not have "tint" laws. Why can't Saskatchewan follow the example of Alberta. They do not appear to have any significant negative issues related to Officer safety.

Last I checked I own my truck it's mine its paid for and I pay the maintenance bill not the government there for I shall be able to do whatever ever I want to my truck.

Been driving my car with light tint on driver and passenger windows for 10 years. City cops do a “blitz”. To meet a quota this week. And give me full ticket and removal inpsection. Sounds like a business rather than policing. There is
No real logical reason for reasonable light tinit on side front windows.

Got my first ticket in Saskatoon on a vehicle I did not modify and have owned since it was 1 year old in2007 looked around the parking lot where I got my ticket and could see at least 10 others with as much or more tint. Rediculous cash grab
