Hello! My name is Sarah Johnson, and I'm currently a transfer sophomore biochemistry student. Along with that, I'm also on the women's soccer team here at Illinois Wesleyan. Although being a transfer student has its challenges, I believe it has encouraged me to find new ways to get involved on campus and meet new people. Not only that, but it has also allowed me to take a new and unique perspective on the college experience, academics, athletics, and student life. I believe I can use my perspective and experience to connect with all of the student body, especially those who may be new to this community and may not know how to voice their concerns and ideas. I believe I can help both our new students have easier transitions and our current students have an easier outlet to share their voices.
