We are supporting the application that was filed by San Ramon Sports to request approval of a Minor Use Permit (MUP 10-501-033) to enlarge a Commercial Recreation use to 30,800 sq. ft. from 27,000 sq. ft., and to expand their snack bar to include hot food and offer beer and wine for on-site adult consumption.

It is our understanding that San Ramon Sports will follow the agreed upon City of San Ramon Conditions of Approval that regulate the time and manner of serving alcoholic beverages at the facility.
We understand that a parking study was performed which in no way recommends reducing the actual number of existing parking spaces. The parking study results encourage the formation of a new entry door which is located close to the under-utilized parking lot at the corner of Deerwood and Crow Canyon Road. This will help reduce the congestion in the lots near Diablo Gymnastics and Splash Swim School.

By signing this petition we are asking the PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SAN RAMON to Approve LAND USE PERMIT (LUP 11-500-001) AND VARIANCE (VAR 11-320-001).
