We expect all of the responsible politicians, agencies and first responders to be present. It should be well advertised and scheduled at a convenient time for most people. The proceedings should be “on the record” and televised on channel 30.
We want to conclude the meeting with the assurance that Unit 2 will not be activated with nuclear fuel until our concern has been adequately addressed.

I have been reading through all the stories people are sharing here and it is clear that I am not the only one deeply worried about the safety of our homes. Your comments show how much this community cares about keeping our families safe and I am truly humbled to see so many of you standing together on this.

I am honestly a bit overwhelmed by the momentum this is gaining. It turns out that when a community decides to ask questions together, people start paying attention. This belongs entirely to all of you who decided to step up and demand these answers.

Totally agree. They need to put it all out in the open on channel 30. No more excuses.
Living 5 miles away and having 2 kids I deserve to know what the real risks are. Stop hiding this stuff from us.
This is ridiculous. My property value is tanking and I dont feel safe sleeping at night with that plant idling. We need answers NOW.
WE LIVE HERE. Do your jobs and tell us if this place is falling apart or not.
The false alarm scare was enough for me. We need full transparency on the plant condition immediately

Too many shortcuts being taken. Safety should be the priority not profit. Keep that reactor shut down until we know it wont leak.
