The people demand that the California Public Utilities Commission must deny ratepayer funding for any nuclear power plant license renewal applications until State required seismic studies are complete and peer reviewed. The studies are the will of the California Energy Commission, the State Legislature, the California Coastal Commission and the communities who are being asked to live with an additional twenty years of highly radioactive waste in earthquake active zones.
