I have never seen the dog in question, but I have seen Bohdi many times in the middle le the road without a leash. I have had to stop my car and honk to make him move. We will never get a leash law because of the hunter's dogs so it seem incumbent on the owners to keep their pets on a leash to prevent any problems.

Too many big dogs are running loose on our road ..ALL residents & Guests should police their dogs unless they are in a fenced in yard, they should not be in their neighbors yards or in restrained...
