The National Zoo is an iconic symbol in out Nation's capital. It also happens to hold a very sick hill in the middle of it, that is basically untouchable to longboarders who want to ride the hill because it is private Smithsonian property. I have already E-Mailed the zoo and have no heard back but I'm sure getting signatures wouldn't hurt. We also proposed making this a fundraiser event for the zoo to increase the chances of the zoo obliging. It's a great cause for both groups, so lets get a race sanctioned at the zoo!
