We want to bring your attention regards De Kiara grille specification which fixed by your management. We want to voice out and disagree with thickness of grille which only 12mm. We hope your management will reconsider and judge back thickness of grille and please aware our community safetyness.
Hope this problem have fast decision since most of the resident need urgently install the grille before move in. We believe with the experience and reputation from SP Setia can help us to handle this matter.

Kindly revise the thickness for our safety. As you already decided the design if the grille, you should let us decide the thickness ourselves. It will still look same.
I insist the grill spec, especially in regards to its thickness is revised. We want the spec to be revised to at least 19mm instead of 12mm for safety reasons. My contractor insist to use the 12mm spec for the sake of following the spec specifies by MO. I’m willing to fork out more money as long as the the grilled installed can protect us from potential burglary.
Kindly revise the grill specification before enforcing residents to comply. It has a sure major safety issue. I think this has already been 3rd time MO changing the gril specs. If theres any changes on the grill specs after this, the MO has to compensate all incuring expenses as some residents has already purchase the previous grill spec as instructed. Kindly advice.
The thickness of the grill is only 1.2cm, this design let us feel unsafety because it can be bent by 1 hand. Why are we spending few thousand for the grill lke this.
How can management approve 12mm which is not safety at all! Please act fast on this. Or maybe spec like De Palma! At least its always safety first and that is the priority. SP or someone from top management supposedly coming down and take a look at them.

safety over strata? we pay for it so we deserve to choose a better grille with desired thickness over tulang patah grille..even dog will laugh when looking at the thickness
