The increase in public interest regarding the hazards of the Bushnell Basin bridge confirms that this is a shared concern for many residents. This momentum provides a stronger foundation as I prepare to present our findings to the Department of Transportation.

We need a two lane bridge to avoid the daily confrontations on the bridge. We live next the bridge. One day I saw a fight between two men, one went away in an ambulance the other in handcuffs. There are daily stands with loud screaming and swearing. This bridge makes people do things they normally wouldn't do!! It's crazy !!
I drive across this bridge every day for work and it is a nightmare. People are aggressive and you literally have to pray no one is coming around the bend. Fix it before someone gets killed here.

Everything is wrong with this dangerous bridge. It's too narrow, the visibillity from one side to the other is poor and the grade on both sides is too steep. Poorly engineered.
