My family continues to wonder what could have been if the person who hurt us had stayed behind bars for their full term. We are nearing a hundred signatures and need to push past this mark to ensure our plea gets a serious look.

Why even bother having a sentencing hearing if they only stay in for a fraction of it? Makes no sense to me.
THEY SHOULD SERVE THE FULL TIME. If you commit a crime you do the time. No excuses.
Keep them inside. Simple as.
My neighbors house was broken into three times by the same guy who was out on parole. Enough is enough.
Sick of seeing these repeat offenders back on the streets within months of getting locked up. Justice system is a joke.
Life means life bring back hanging better than cushy prison.
