The government finally listened and confirmed they are ending the early release policies that put my family in danger. I am relieved that no other household will have to live in fear of these revolving doors. We have to keep watching closely to ensure this rule stays exactly where it …
The early release of prisoners, with many having only served half their sentence, is costing lives. We want your support to present to the government on this important matter.
I have been spending my nights reading through the accounts you are leaving here and the pain caused by these early releases is clear. My own family carries the weight of a loss that never heals and I know I am not alone in this fight.

My family continues to wonder what could have been if the person who hurt us had stayed behind bars for their full term. We are nearing a hundred signatures and need to push past this mark to ensure our plea gets a serious look.

Too many people are released from prison early who should be kept there. Life should also mean life.

Why even bother having a sentencing hearing if they only stay in for a fraction of it? Makes no sense to me.

My neighbors house was broken into three times by the same guy who was out on parole. Enough is enough.

Sick of seeing these repeat offenders back on the streets within months of getting locked up. Justice system is a joke.
