In the interest of public safety, especially for our children and pedestrians, I urge the City of Poway to complete improvements to Espola Road between Titan Way and Twin Peaks by implementing the City's current General Plan which calls for two traffic lanes in each direction. Signing this online petition indicates support for the Plan calling for 2 lanes in each direction and opposition to the alternative plan being considered which consists of one travel lane in each direction, a center turn lane (chicken lane), and unsignalized roundabouts at the intersections with High Valley Road and Durhullen Drive.
