We, the undersigned, petition Capstone Collegiate Communities, and the company's leader, John Vawter, of Birmingham, Alabama to follow the "Baltimore" protocols during demolition of the old PeaceHealth Clinic building to prevent airborne asbestos, lead and other harmful dust from damaging the health of people who live, work and visit in the area around Capstone's student housing project in Eugene, Oregon.

my kids play at the park right nearby and i dont want them breathing in lead dust. do this right.
