It is about time we got this going.... we love this park--why is it sitting unused?

The City could be a lot more responsive to the desires of its citizens--I attended the community meeting in early summer 2019 and it is disappointing that this has not been executed to date (Oct 3, 2019)

Our beautiful neighborhood park has so many wonderful uses, for children and families, for schools and sports teams, and for just loafing around. It is also a natural place for well-supervised dogs to play and romp. An early-morning off-hours program is entirely consistent with the many other uses of this public space. In fact, few places in the city better fit the objectives of the city's own priorities in establishing off-leash hours programs. Please, please institute this long-overdue program.

I fully support this, and don't understand what is taking so long - since the community meeting on May 22. I regularly pass by Sacramento Field while walking my dog and it is nearly always completely empty. This is a resource that should be put to use to create community in the neighborhood.

My dog has a much more positive experience when he is off leash. We have trained him so that he stays with us and he gets much more exercise and is more behaviorally appropriate. Thank you.

Shared use of this park, dogs in early morning and after work, would help it be a resource for the whole Cambridge commmunty.

Everyone human and dog that I've met from this community is so kind and welcoming. I would love to have a time for us all to meet in the morning off leash.

I can't tell you the number of little kids that get so excited seeing friendly pups running around and having a good time! Having an off-leash dog park encourages residents to be part of a community and chat with one another and have a good time. This would be a lovely and well appreciated addition to the neighborhood.

I am not a dog owner and I do occasionally use the field for activities. I am in favor of having off leash dog hours at the field and agree a program should be piloted.

Dogs need to run. Cruel to keep them constantly tied up, on leash, etc.
YES! Please let dogs be off leash!
