I lived in Leon Valley for 45 years and when we decided to move we lookd a long time before finding the area we liked and the #1 criteria was to be outside the city limits of SA. selected an area outside of SA. There was no mention at the time that this area was being considered for annexation or we would not have purchased our home here.
