This shouldn't even need to have a petition!!! This should be a for sure thing!!! It's sad the things the board is taking away from this community!!! I don't think they obviously seem to care about the future of our children and what's best for our community!!! Russ was by far my all time favorite teacher, coach, friend etc!!!

Russ coached me in HIgh School football his first year in Red Wing. Great coach always pushed me to improve. Also played a lot of softball against Russ. I can't think of a more appropriate honor to bestow on Russ.
