Please support our life saving Paramedics and EMT's with the fair contract they need and earn. They are first responders and deserve a wage able to support themselves and families.

my friend has worked for rural metro for over 15 years and makes $13 an hour. that's disgusting. RM should be ashamed. those people are saving lives and that's it. pathetic!!

I have family who are EMTs for this company and they and every one of their EMTs and Paramedics deserve fair wages to provide for their families. They risk their lives for us.

Larry was one of the guiding lights that brought be to Metro several years ago. He introduced me to so many wonderful people, it is uncanny to me how atrocious the regard is for EMS in Monroe County.

baseball players. make more money for throwing a ball around then paramedics for helping people at rhe most critical times of their lives.....r u kidding. ? there is something very wrong with that picture. ..politicians can spend taxpayers money frivolousy and we r supposed to put up with this crap? its time to start paying people in comesutrate with the responsibilities of their jobs . lets get real in the salary department. wake the fuck up and let people make a decent living to keep up with this inflation.

Being both a former employee and the spouse of a current employee, it's always been sad to me that we get paid so little when we are responsible for the lives of others, work up to 16 hour days and holidays away from our loved ones.

We need a wage that we can survive on!! Can you imagine not having to rely on overtime just to make a ok paycheck?? We need more per hour and better benefits. We stay in this field for love of the job. We need our company to show us they value our hard work!!
