Would God turn his back on his angels? No, he wouldn't. These people are angels among us. Caring for us in our time of need regardless of who we are, where we live or what the weather conditions are . Rural Metro needs to anty up and do the right thing for it's employees.

Regardless of being commercial or municipal EMTs and Paramedics they all deserve fair pay and benefits.

In support of my friends who work for this company and deserve fair compensation for their efforts. The EMS world is changing and medics are putting their lives on the line more and more. Take care of your employees.

These people deal with much stress that come with the job, also lots of physical labor that is over-looked, such ass carrying down stairs patients well over 300lbs. Often being mentally abused by patients. They also put there's life's out there as much respected police officers and get way less pay and incentives . I would like too see a fair raise in the pay for these workers who put there life and pride into this career
heaven forbid something happened to my family or a loved one... i want only the best to be the first ones at their side, saving their life. how can we expect the best when people aren't getting treated that way at work? just saying, if anyone should be getting treated fairly, it's the people who deal with the high stress of being first on the scene of an emergency.
