THE EMTs AND PARAMEDICS IN THE AREA, NEED OUR SUPPORT!!!!!!! THEY WORK JUDT AS HARD AS FIREMAN OR POLICEMAN....BUT DON'T ALWAYS GET AS MUCH RECOGNITION AS THEY SHOULD!!!!!!!! THEY DESERVE A FAIR CONTRACT....SO THEY CAN BE THERE WHEN WE NEED THEM!!!!!!!

even when GTH own the company it was never fair look at what ambulance crews make in other parts of this state raurl metro has always been under paid if you do walk stand your grounds also what kind of bouns did upper mangnment get what kind of raise did upper mangnment get what about more beneifects dose everyone get the same or dose upper mangnmnet get something better

When you consider the great work these people do in varying settings, many times unsafe, the wages they are presented are laughable. Management should be ashamed of what they offer! I have staff that answer phones in a medical office that start out making $11.25/hr and they are not working in unsafe conditions!

I feel that the employees deserve netter pay and incentives.. With the dconomy the way it is, the company must do better to keep good people.

all emts and paramedics deserve fair pay. good luck.
These people are the first responders to an emergency call. Perhaps you need to pretend its your family memberon the other end of that phone needing help! Then you would wish these caring workers received fair benefits and then some!!!! Why doesnt the head hancho from Rural Metro sign up for Undercover Boss and get a real eye opener, instead of the morning coffee!
