I am moving from San Diego, where I can have chickens on a very small (way less than an acre) R1 lot. Wanted a 1 acre R1 in east Loganville (Walton) but now need to go west to get out of Walton county due to my 4 chickens. This is a revenue loser for the county.

City needs to stop harassing people and go worry about updating the roads and streets !!! Eggs are outrageous my husband has recently been wanting to look into getting chickens at least we would know our eggs are safe from hormones and such !!!

I would like to have some chickens also, our neighbors have Ginnies and they come over here and eat bird seed NO PROBLEM. I enjoy the short visit,

Your story makes me sad. I have shared and shared trying to get people to understand that this is just wrong.
