I DNT believe he deserves the death penalty at all. He didn't even pull the trigger. Who are you to judge and give people death when God said not to judge and not to murder! You government are as bad as the murderers. This is not right!

I was born and raise in the valley they are alot of good and bad people in this world I read all this comments and it seems the law is wrong all the time how can you put a person on death roll when you don't know the facts and everything that happened it looks like the kid was in the wrong place and wrong time and he does not deserve the death penalty free him

I know Rudy since we were in Elementary school and he is a very smart, intelligent, and caring person!! Never did I think he would end up in such an unfortunate situation! He deserves to have his case reviewed give him the opportunity to prove his innocence and take him out of death row!

Rudy is a great person. He doesn't deserve bring on death row. He shouldn't be paying for a crime he didn't commit. He was not there. His biggest mistake was hanging around with the wrong crowd which happens to the best of us.

Ive known Rudy and His family since he was a kid ,he comes from a good family and is innocent the Justice system tongis case is unfair it's a human life we are talking about here review this case and do the right thing !!!! Free Rudy!!!!
