We are entering in to a fourth year without a pay award.
Staff at all levels of the RSPCA have worked conscientiously throughout this difficult period and we believe the Society should recognise our dedication and commitment to animal welfare.
We, the undersigned, strongly believe the pay freeze that has been in place for the last three years should end NOW! and that staff should be rewarded with a fair and equitable pay award in 2013, which recognises all the hard work and goodwill of staff and acts as an incentive to staff rentention.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. RSPCA staff work so hard and they need to be treated with some respect regarding their pay.
pay the staff what they are owed. they work miracles every day and this is no way to treat them.
4 years is way too long to go without a pay rise. prices are going up everywhere. staff deserve better.
everyone here works so hard for the animals. its time the society pays up.
enough is enough. my rent has gone up but my wages havent. fix this.
