This petition was created by the students in halls at Northumbria university who have their internet access provided by spectrum interactive. Spectrum has never delivered the fast reliable service we were promised and with the connection being down for days at a time and the students having to use their own phones to call the customer support line at their own cost! It makes us wonder what are we paying for If we get enough signatures hopefully we can get the university to change to a more reliable isp.
