I know we have all been there when we have been watching a movie or tv show on Netflix and all of a sudden, BAM. The video stops because you have been disconnected from UNH-Secure. Or that time you were trying to do your online homework in your dorm when you the webpage stops loading because UNH-Secure has gone limited. Now there have been plenty of complaints on Yik Yak and FaceBook but it's time we actually get something done. All we have to do is get this petition started and then the University can't ignore. What do you have to lose! We don't pay 25 grand a year for this awful Internet service. Let's start getting what we paid for!

I spent all afternoon reading the stories you sent about midterms crashing and assignments failing to upload at the last second. It is clear that paying full tuition for this level of connection is draining for all of us. I am currently compiling these experiences to show the administration exactly how much this is impacting our work.

Seeing this kind of movement confirms I am not the only one drowning in buffering icons while trying to finish my assignments. My inbox is blowing up with your stories of missing deadlines and lost connections. We are finally proving that this level of service is unacceptable for what we pay.

This is a fundamental necessity for modern-age college students. For such a Blackboard-driven school (a green school that wants to save on paper), maintaining a proper connection is a must to fulfill the needs of students here at UNH.
We pay a lot of money to go here and get education...the internet should not be as bad as it is right now. I have computer homework all the time and I don't want to be stuck to the wall. get it fixed.

I should have to worry that my online, one attempt, time restricted exam will be cut short due to a wifi disconnection from the university I am taking it for. Unacceptable.
