We have football stadiums that include track/field facilities and a performing arts center. Why not a aquatics center? Seems like a no-brainer to me, especially when our kids are swimming outside in the elements.
We are avid swimmers and there are many in Round Rock and other areas close by. The facility would bring business and put our area on the map for competitive swimming. It could house various events and attract people and sporting events from all over Texas. We wouldn't have to always swim downtown at UT.
