The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) is amalgamating three schools, Rose Seaton School, Fort Erie Public, and General Vanier School. They have chosen to close Rose Seaton and Fort Erie Public Schools. General Vanier is woefully inadequate. It is the smallest, and by far, the oldest school. It is also the most in inaccessible to traffic of the three schools. It will take a multi-million dollar expansion and renovation to bring it up to date. Rose Seaton is the newest of the three schools. Rose Seaton has the capacity to take in all three schools with out renovating or expansion, NOW. The North End Community needs to keep the school!
