Mecklenburg Commissioner Mark Jerrell is working hard at helping us correct the *roads. Commissioner Jerrell is looking into financial programs to help pay the fees. We need to show him that Rocky Ridge will be able to get 75% of all homeowners to agree that something needs to be done about this. Homeowners please sign to show your support. Signatures needed for Road Assessment Initiative.
*Developer never submitted the permits to have the roads marked as public with the NCDOT. Maintenance is the responsibility of each homeowner.

My car suspension is shot from these potholes. Enough is enough.
Fix the roads now
Total scam by the builder. Homeowners shouldnt be stuck with this bill.
Ridiculous that we have to pay for this ourselves when the developer just bailed. Fix our streets already.
Finally someone is looking into this mess. Its been years of neglect.
