NO, STOP any new construction on Rock Springs Rd. Traffic is already a nightmare and would be an imminent danger to our elementary school children. Adding 212 townhomes would affect us very badly, in every way, to all the residents who already live in this area. STOP IT!!!

Stop the insanity. The congestion on the roads is already unsustainable, adding high density housing will make it worse. If the county first adds lanes to the roads in the area, then it may be possible, but the current road capacity will not support this project.

Too much growth of late in our Old Peachtree and Rock Springs community … stop allowing all these Developer’s to saturate our community with housing where infrastructure can NOT support same.
