I am a home owner at Village at Rock Springs. We are already seeing traffic which is very heavy on Rock Springs road near the proposed construction. This rezoning application from Beazer Homes, if approved, will make an already bad situation worse. Request the rezoning is not allowed.

Until you actually see the impact of more homes/cars on this street, you have no position to advance in building this complex. It is a two lane road that is OFTEN used as an alternative to highway 85. Overwhelming traffic and danger. Not a wise decision. Look for space that is suitable for expansion, not a space that is already overloaded. Please consider...

Lived in this area for 30 years. Brought up in Atlanta and was looking for an area like what I grew up in. This is going to destroy our relaxing community feel. If I had wanted to live in a townhome/apartment environment I would have bought somewhere else. Way too much traffic will be generated. Please vote NO!!

We do not need more congestion on or near Rock Springs Road. It bad now, more housing will make it completely ridiculous.

Traffic from the Rocksprings Elementary School is already causing traffic in our neighborhood where they are turning in our neighborhood just to turn around and make a left turn back onto Rocksprings.... because they can't turn left out of the school... enough is enough...

My family spends a lot of time in that are. We enjoy the trails & wildlife at Rock Springs Park. Would not want extra traffic & congestion in that area. There is so much already in surrounding areas.

Schools are overcrowded, the roads can't handle more traffic.. enough with all the building and shops. This area used to be so nice and its been turned into a mini Atlanta.
