Many people use their vehicles to move around the city of Chicago. Unfortunately many either didn\'t have money to pay a parking ticket or just didn\'t do it. I believe it is wrong the way the Mayor of the City of Chicago is strong arming the citizens. To say to the working and low income poor to come up with hundreds of dollar to pay off parking tickets when we are barely making ends meet--is Horrible. It would appear that all our Mayor cares about is more money to pad his pockets off of the blood, sweat, and tears of the poor. How can you take a persons vehicle and say to them that you are going to crush or sell their car, then you tell them they still owe for the tickets and whatever else the city decided to tack on in fees People are having a hard time feeding their families let alone come up with hundreds of dollars to give the city. We want you to reinstate the payment plan at an affordable rate so that the poor can pay you the money they owe. Then if a person doesn\'t pay--the car should be taken but only if they refuses to make payments and they are able.

Total scam. They just want to rack up fees so they can take the car and sell it. Stop the greed.

The city is basically robbing people who are already struggling to pay rent. Bring back the plan it is the only way some of us can keep our cars.
