The residents of Rizer Point would like the option to storage the garbage cans supplied by The City of Franklin on the exterior of the homes, rather than in the garage. The purpose of this petition is to illustrate the level of support for this request to The Board that maintains and enforces the "Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions" ("CCRs") for the community.
Should The Board approve this request, the expectation is that the homeowners in the community will have the option to store said garbage cans externally.
