My dad is buried there and it's not cheap to buy a plot if you buy a plot then it's clearly ours to make it nice ...as long as it's well kept I don't see a problem..but the problem is the stupid man who has complaint about cutting grass around the graves because it's hard work !!! Get a grip at least you got job for now .

In these times of austerity (a phrase used in a LCC Highways letter) I am sure LCC's resources could be used elsewhere. Let families grieve.

Hello Nick, our 5 yr old son Zac is also buried next to ameilia, we complained about this ourselves and a meeting was held several weeks ago with the council, a verbal assurance was given and the opposite happened, and they have done worse since. This should hopefully be sorted as we have some devoted and determined people helping to get this sorted. All the best Mary x

Our daughter is buried next to Amelia and we are disgusted that LCC have one rule for one part of the cemetery and one for the other part. It cost us a small fortune to have our daughters plot and they are all well tendered and looked after.

Let their graves be beautiful, just like they were.

They should concentrate on the graves that are falling apart and are coverd in ivy and trees( in the old part of cemetery ) they just don't want to spend time on looking after the cemetery or anything

People have paid a lot of money for the plot of land where their relatives & loved ones are buried. They should be able to plant whatever they want on the plot they've paid for.

We should have the right to cherish our loved ones in whatever way we wish .we paid dearly for the precious ground in which they are laid to rest .. ( my son )

Why shouldn't we/they after all this shows that they are looked after rather than overgrown with weeds!

Please consider those people who are still grieving and find comfort from visiting their loved ones final resting places.
