Our daughter is buried next to Amelia and we are disgusted that LCC have one rule for one part of the cemetery and one for the other part. It cost us a small fortune to have our daughters plot and they are all well tendered and looked after.

I find it disgusting that people cannot do their best to make the resting place of their loved ones look respectable. As a grieving daughter I can say this is the only thing I can do for my dad now he has gone.

I was informed today that they have removed everything that was put on my dad's grave on father's day, and it is now covered in soil with grass seed. I'm going up tomorrow to see for myself, I'm absolutely disgusted and so angry as I was told that it wasn't going ahead .

I have close family members buried there. Grieving is not a paper exercise, people need to feel a connection with the loved ones they have lost. This is totally unacceptable. You are treating it like a parking issue - it needs to stop!

The plants and flowers look beautiful. Obviously these are graves been looked after, it's the ones that aren't the council should be sorting.
My grandmother is in there and luckily they haven't touched it yet.

My dad is buried here and we kept his grave beautiful with flowers, ornaments etc. Mum had 2 letters telling us to remove it all or it would be removed for her. As long as the graves are kept tidy I don't see the problem with things on them.

Please allow families and friends to come to terms with their grief by planting on the graves of their loved ones.

My dad died March the 9th this year he was 55 years old. He died of cancer which we only found out he had at the end of January. I go to his grave and I put flowers on and try keep it looking tidy, he was a Gardner and loved flowers. His grave is the only thing I have left of him, if I could plant flowers and put a boarder up it would be much appreciated.
