We should have the right to have plants on any grave. Council should respect this not disrespect it

People should be able to put what they want on their families graves and nothing should be removed unless the family remove it themselves.

You should be allowed to do anything with your loved ones graves as long as it's not excentrick

Planting and laying flowers brings much needed comfort to loved ones. It should never be restricted.

I have close family members buried there. Grieving is not a paper exercise, people need to feel a connection with the loved ones they have lost. This is totally unacceptable. You are treating it like a parking issue - it needs to stop!

I can't believe this has happened, it's absolutely disgusting ! It's hard enough loosing a child without having to cope with this.

My brother was killed in a rta and we are still as a family very upset as you can imagine, David has small nieces that adored him his grave is well kept as we visit 3 / 4 times a week my children leave small tasteful things for him and all this has been ripped off his grave a place of rest !! He has had a candle lit in a nice wooden holder for the last 2 years permanently. As a family we do not want a grassed grave its formal and to us lazy we choose a burial so we could do this still feel like we're doing things for him I.e keeping his grace nice the thought of a tractor riding over every one while there in a place of rest makes my stomach turn this decision is outrageous we have paid for the plots and no where 3 years ago were we informed this was going to happen otherwise my brother would not have been laid to rest where he is it's disgusting.

It's disgusting what has been done to Amelia's grave, my father in law is in there and it's upset our family not being able to take flowers! That's what graves are for! Not happy at all with Leeds City Council re this.
