As someone born and raised in Garforth I can't believe the church I went to as a child could be so heartless. Shame on you, not a very godly thing to do at all.

People need to grieve over loved ones. Plants and flowers play a very large part in this, so leave them alone.

It's disgraceful how the poor family of Amelia can't make her graveside as nice as possible for her... you should be ashamed of yourselves...

Unless you have lost a child you can not understand the need to still be able to do things for them and all you can do is make their grave look nice.

The way that grieving families are treated and dismissed when wanting to do something for their lost family members I disgusting. It's the same at Lawnswood, when all you want to do is make a nice memorial for your loved ones and they are not allowed and simply torn up and binned. When the only peace some people are able to get in looking after them still is completely destroyed. It's a disgrace and inhumane.

It is disgraceful and so hurtful for all concerned. These are our loved ones we are talking about and we should be allowed to plant flowers if we wish. We all look after the gravestone and keep them neat and tidy so that we can sit with our loved ones. This is all we have left for comfort and to be with them and now this has been taken away from us. How cruel can they be we are all suffering enough.

Especially with what is happening in Britain today how an earth can a council be so callous and insensitive. Hang your heads in shame leeds city council. You are not worthy of capital letters
