Petition to the Danbury Superior Court in the case of State v. Andrew Conning. We the concerned parents of Ridgefield,CT submit this Victim Impact Statement and Petition to the Court in relation to the above referenced case, Docket number DBD-CR07-0130065-S. As parents of young children in this community, we are outraged by the alleged actions of the above named defendant in our Childrens Library. We adamantly oppose the application of this defendant for Accelerated Pretrial Rehabilitation, and feel strongly that Andrew Conning should face the stated charges in court. We believe that the Accelerated Rehabilitation is not an appropriate or adequate resolution to this matter. Signed:

What kind of example does letting him go set for the community? He messed up big time.

RIDICULOUS that this is even being considered. Our town deserves better justice than this.

The library is supposed to be a safe place for kids. He needs to face real consequences for what he did, not get a free pass.

Absolutely not. Do not let him off easy for this. Think about the families involved.
