Hey Parents- Are you aware that there is a Level 2 Sex Offender at our school that has full access to our children? Well- there is! A father of a 3 and a 5 year old enrolled in the JCC Nursery school is currently on parole and has spent time in prison for child-related offenses. The JCC has decided to give him a full family membership where he has complete access to our children – at the pool, splash park, locker rooms, etc. If you are as disgusted with this as we are then please sign our petition and feel free to help us present this to the Board of the JCC. We - the undersigned- are asking that David Lader's full family membership to the JCC be revoked. It is not acceptable that Mr. Lader has full reign of our public pool facility. It is also not acceptable that the parents have not been notified of this felon at our school.
