This Is For my son Richard Rogers whom is a Fire Fighter and Fire Chief over the Clay City Volunteer Fire Department in Clay City Kentucky. He has been Jailed Since October 19, 2011. The Judge said he felt he was a Danger to Himself and To the Community and that he is a Flight Risk. Which is 100% Not True. This Petition is being signed by people who wants Justice for my son. Please sign this Petition so we can get this to the Judge Wednesday Morning so they can release him. He has been out of Jail for 8 months, if he was going to be any of these things he would have done ran. He wants this to go to trial so the truth will get told and the ones who have committed the wrong doing gets their time for it
My son has spent his life serving the people of Clay City and seeing him locked away like a criminal breaks my heart every single day. I am working behind the scenes to ensure the judge hears the truth about who Richard really is before he stays in that cell for another moment.

Seeing this kind of backing for my son fills me with hope that the truth will finally be recognized. Those who know Richard understand he is a man of service who belongs at home with his family. Your commitment to his case is the fuel we need to keep pushing forward.
