I am sure you have seen the subdivision zoning sign on Carl Davis Rd right down from the school. I know growth is inevitable in our area, after all, who wouldn't want to live here. My proposal is the the lot size be kept at 5 acres to conform to the majority of the residents in our area; although most have much more than 5 acres. My proposal is that we petition the county to make it 5 acre lots with at least 2200 Sq Ft houses. Please sign and pass this along if you want our area to remain our area.
