We don't need anymore apartments to an area that now has overcrowded roads. This area does not have the infrastructure for apartment growth.

The roads are already at max capacity -I would caution building anything more in this area. Apartments will also potentially bring more crime to this area which is already a problem. Please reconsider this plan. Thank you.

It took 1 hour to travel 3 miles yesterday. Accident at Zoar and Youngblood. Traffic backed up on Tryon and Hamilton. It is completely irresponsible to consider any new housing until a comprehensive strategy and plan is put in place and IMPLEMENTED to improve our already inadequate roads. I'm for progress and building, but in a responsible and thoughtful way. We have not seen that and the residents will be moving away if something doesn't change.

It already takes an hour and 1/2 to go about 5 miles we don’t need anymore homes in our area !!!!

The city of Charlotte is negligent in its ability to provide proper infrastructure to meet the demands of rapid growth. No way they should allow high density housing at this intersection because the current roadways aren’t ample to support the current population boom.
