Have the council considered the effects on the schools, roads, water and how the developers take away the beauty of Charlotte. Clear cutting the whole area. It's a disaster.

We can’t aloud to have 280 apartments with no owners in front of our house. The storm waters are collapsing and our creek is taking different routes. Please help us change this. Let’s change the 280 plus apts and a drive thru with a nice house complex with real ownership!!!!
The traffic is outstanding right now can you imagine it with 300 plus people?

I’d rather that area not be turned into an apartment/commercial frenzy. I love my wooded backyard and hate to lose it.
